Conquering Cathedrals!

My first Cathedral Windows class finished this evening!

Cathedral Windows Cushion class Mar14

After some initial groaning challenges, and what felt like endless ironing, the ladies made it through this more technical class!  I even heard a few say they enjoyed it!!

Well done ladies on stretching yourselves and adding a new technique to your skill set!

I have published the Cathedral Windows cushion pattern on Etsy, if you fancy having a go yourself.

  1. If those are all from your students, they are fantastic. Your new patterns sound lovely too.

  2. Wow they did amazing. CW are so fiddly!

  3. well done to all your students, i love Catherdral windows but it uses so much fabric so have not done much,

  4. These are even more amazing in real life. Glad I got to see a few of them last night.

  5. I am sure they enjoyed it despite the burnt fingers! They did so well.

  6. Your students are incredible! Well done, guys! Their amazing makes are a reflection of the fab teacher, too :)

  7. it's all that ironing that makes it a no-no for me

  8. They did a fab job - love cathedral windows, don't love the ironing so much!

  9. Now if someone was to sell pre-pressed Cathedral WIndows packs I'd get buying!!!
