Baby Stars!

What a glorious and sunny day we've had here today!  I even did a spot of gardening!

I also got a spot of sewing done!

I recently unearthed some blocks I had started over a year ago!

Their original purpose is long gone, so I decided to turn them into a baby quilt top for Bee Blessed.

It's a tricky one to photograph because the colours in the 'Chez Moi' collection are so prettily soft.

So this will now go onto the growing pile of Bee Blessed quilt tops waiting to be basted and quilted!!

In Siblings Together Bee 2, the requested blocks for March have a nautical theme!

Hope you had some spring time sun and sewing in your part of the world!

  3. Those blocks will make a brilliant nautical quilt. We certainly are gathering quilt tops for Bee quite rapidly at the mo. Lots of basting coming up!! The stars are very pretty, I do love that block.

  7. Love the baby quilt and the nautical blocks! This afternoon it was almost warm enough to walk up the road without a coat on but only because the wind had died down and the sun was still out...it's freezing again now!
