Yes, that is a sewing machine bag on the right! Priorities! |
At least there's still plenty of work to do to keep me (relatively) sane!
I was working on one of these today ...
.. and a few new projects in the pipeline which I can't talk about yet!
Hope you are having a great week!
Jude xo
It is tough for the first few weeks, but not for them, they're having a ball lol!!! My boy just went back for second year on Friday and I miss him all over again, I'd got used to him being there doh! Still got the others to drive me nuts haha! Hang in there she'll have a great time :)
ReplyDeleteEeeek! Thinking of you love xx
ReplyDeleteToo soon for all of that - firstborn so off to uni and advent calendars! Hope all the plans for the big move work out well.
ReplyDeleteIt will be fine, she will love it and you will be busy and looking forward to the first holiday when she is home. I'm glad she is taking along a sewing machine!
ReplyDeleteThinking of you! xx
ReplyDeleteI am sure she is going to have a wonderful time and will be home before Xmas in 3 months
ReplyDeleteEeeek! Already! She'll be fine, you'll be fine, and there are a few of us very close by if she needs us, including emergency sewing machines :). Or big quilts to quilt! S can come do it herself! See you soon xx
ReplyDeleteOh my! What an exciting time! What a great adventure she has ahead of her. xx
ReplyDeleteI had a trunk just like that when i went to University, mine was silver and I still have it filled with crafting magazines and cross stitch patterns. You will certainly be ready for Christmas in your house if you start this early. x
ReplyDeleteI took my trusty Bernina off to university 25 years ago, it seems hard to believe that it is now the time for our 'babies' to head off! Lots of love and hugs to you all, Josie xx
ReplyDeleteshe will be home with her dirty washing in no time
ReplyDeletethinking of you x
A rite of passage for both of you, it's a biggie. You are letting her fly, be proud.x
ReplyDeleteI imagine you have lots of mixed feelings but what an exciting time!! Where is she off to?!
ReplyDeleteeeeeeek indeed.... glad she's got her sewing machine!!. Be brave, for you and for her, it's a big step. But one that let's you grow so much more when you are back together again. Thinking of you xxxx
ReplyDeleteHow exciting but absolutely terrifying all at the same time, but she will be absolutely fine! If any additional support is required there are loads of us within a short drive, and we would be happy to add support/help (assuming she is going where I think she is!) if needed, just ask!!!!
ReplyDeleteWow that's come around fast! Hope all goes well for you both, my little boy has started school this week, I can't begin to imagine him leaving home for university!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you'll both be fine! Although given the thinness of walls in halls, I might not want the room next to hers if she's machining int he middle of the night ;o)
