Oh no! My Mum and Dad's dog has a tendency to chew fabric (fortunately mine doesn't!) but we eventually worked out that it was unwashed fabric he was interested in so now everything gets washed when it's finished (I usually pre-wash my fabric but I think he also likes the smell of unwashed wadding!). Is it as bad as it looks or will you be able to fix it?
Awwwwwwwwwwwwww heck !! I have 6 dogs so can not have anything nice laying around as the2year old labrador would have it down the garden in 2 secs lol.
Oh no!! Doggie has a bit of an issue with being left alone... I think we should all bombard Cesar Milan to come help you. Sucks big time Judith, huge hug xxx
Oh dear-- so sorry that it happened again. Bad, bad doggy!! Let me know if you want me to send you some of that Bitter Apple spray (the taste/smell deters them from chewing) What a beautiful pillow.
Best thing to do is when you go out to crate him/her i have to do this and she loves it in there with her treats :) savs somuch heart ache and the dog cannot get into trouble, Indy goes in her crate during the day for a nap the door is left open.
Oh dear, luckily patchwork can be fixed with more patchwork! My dog never touches the fabric or the wool I knit with, or the finished projects, except to lounge on the quilts. I expect I yelled at him sharply at some point but I don't recall doing it.
Thank you for taking the time to leave me a comment. I really appreciate it & I will always reply. (If you don't get a reply from me it is because you are a 'no reply comment' blogger. You might want to change your blog settings to make sure folks can reply to your comments more easily.) Jxo
